Position Overview: The Director of Growth and Development is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Planning
o Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
o Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the business.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making
o Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention
o Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, partnerships, etc.).
o Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
4. Revenue Growth
o Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.
o Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
6. Performance Measurement
o Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
o Regularly report on growth performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
7. Innovation and Experimentation
o Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches.
o Implement a rigorous testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
8. Partnerships and Alliances
o Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth.
o Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with growth objectives.
Qualifications:
· Education:
o bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· Experience:
o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
o Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
· Skills:
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

o Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
