About the Role:
We’re looking for a Infrastructure Design & Documentation Associate to support the development of technical documentation, project manuals, and overall technical planning for network and endpoint infrastructure projects. You’ll collaborate with engineering and project management teams to produce high-quality manuals, solve technical issues, and ensure that our work aligns with internal standards and customer expectations.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility in location and schedule. Occasional travel may be required for site surveys, field validation, or client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed technical manuals and project documentation
- Support project planning activities with engineering and project management teams
- Translate technical requirements and field data into clear, organized documentation
- Read and interpret blueprints and infrastructure layouts to validate documentation accuracy
- Perform light Bluebeam markups for review and feedback workflows
- Ensure project documentation meets FSS standards and customer requirements
- Contribute to internal compliance and documentation quality processes

Qualifications
- Proven ability to create and manage technical manuals and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and infrastructure drawings
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for basic markups and editing
- Understanding of multi-vendor network and endpoint device ecosystems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- BICSI certification (Strongly preferred)
- Networking or wireless certifications (e.g., CCNA, CWNA) (Preferred)
- Openness to pursuing further certifications with company support
- Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
