About the Role:
Reporting to the Division Manager of fssGO, the Regional Project Manager is responsible for training new employees in the field and continuing education for existing employees. The RPM will regularly critique installations on site for quality control.  Developing a strong relationship with the Technician team will be paramount and while in the field they will be the first escalation point on the project. Overall, the RPM will demonstrate outstanding customer service through high quality craftsmanship and integrity in the work environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversees field training of Technicians to develop a knowledgeable technician pool
  • Provides FSS vehicle inspections for compliance and safety
  • Reviews deliverables for project quality control
  • Lead pilots for complex installs
  • Reinforces travel policies to Technicians
  • Holds regular status meetings with the team
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
  • Reviews work orders and assesses potential issues
  • To continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Attend Project Kick off sites when Customer is attending.

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive leader who’s passionate about technician development and operational excellence. You’ll drive hands-on training, ensure adherence to processes and standards, and lead smooth new project kickoffs. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll play a key role in developing toolbox talks and maintaining well-equipped, safe, clean and stocked road-ready vehicles.

Qualifications 

  • 2-7 years of field operations, project management or technical leadership roles (technology deployment or service industry preferred)
  • 2-5 years hands on Technician (telematics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of installation standards, field documentation, and quality assurance practices across diverse technologies and verticals.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop field technicians with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with technicians and clients alike
  • PMP, OSHA 30, or relevant technical certifications are a plus; willingness to pursue advanced certifications with company support is expected.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for site visits, training, and project oversight.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, documentation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
