About the Role:
The Sales & Marketing Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Growth team by coordinating operational and administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with campaign execution. They handle tasks such as maintaining customer databases, preparing proposals and reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This role also involves tracking sales performance, managing promotional materials, and assisting with event planning or marketing activities. Ultimately, they help streamline operations and contribute to the effectiveness of the sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support across the Growth team (sales and marketing)
- Attend customer and vendor meetings, maintain detailed notes and records
- Create accurate and compelling proposals and presentations
- Serve as Administrator in our CRM and other software tools
- Schedule meetings and set agendas
- Plan events
- Run email marketing campaigns

Qualifications
- College degree or 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong abilities with Microsoft Suite and able to learn new software easily
- Clear, effective, and professional written and verbal communication
- Advanced organizational skills
- Experience with HubSpot a plus
- Ability to pivot efficiently
