The Headquarters Moved From Atlanta, Georgia, to Michigan, Opening at 30955 Northwestern Highway, Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Jennifer Ferris Joins Louis P. Ferris Jr. at Federated Service Solutions.

2009

Federated Service Solutions Begins Offering On-Site FTE Services, Embedding Experts To Provide Consistent Support.

2010

Jennifer R. Ferris Becomes President of Federated Service Solutions.

Federated Service Solutions Earns WBENC Certification, the Most Widely Recognized and Respected National Certification for Women-Owned Businesses in the U.S.

2011

Additional Staging Facility – This Addition Increases Our Ability To Distribute Materials and Better Serve Our Nationwide Customer Base.

Completes First Project for a Major Retailer Under Federated Service Solution’s Canadian Division.

Team of Engineers Become Certified in Wired and Wireless Design Adding Predictive Site Surveys, Active Site Surveys, and Heat Mapping to Our Portfolio of Services.

Federated Service Solutions Focuses Its Services With Greater Effort Beyond Retail, Which Has Been the Main Focus Since Its Inception. It Now Supports Corporate Retail Offices, Logistics & Distribution Centers, Food Service, Manufacturing, and Finance.

2019

Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Names Jennifer R. Ferris the Mentor of the Year.

2022

Federated Service Solutions Moves to a New Office in the Historic Burroughs Building in Plymouth, Michigan.
